Are you missing miles, rewards or points? If so please contact Alamo to submit a claim.
We are only able to process missing mile claims within a year of the rental being completed. Please wait 2 months after your rental is finished before requesting missing miles, our Frequent Flyer team will not be able to submit missing mile requests for rentals that has finished shorter than 2 months from the rental complete date. The main driver must be the Flying Club member card holder.
